It was despatched immediately and had not a weekend intervened there can be no doubt that it would have been delivered the next day. The order tracking service likewise was very efficient and gave full details of the order's progress from shop to my front door! |

I was kept up to date with the progress and received a phone call informing me when to expect delivery. It arrived on time in tact installed the TV and it worked perfectly straight away. Best of all it was the cheapest one of that make and model available. |

I understand this isn't all the fault of RGB but was nevertheless a significant inconvenience. |

| Overall rating | | | Comments | My experience of RGB was very good : however my dealings with City Link were less than satisfactory. They tried delivery on two consecutive days without the opportunity for me to contact them (I was away overnight), then told me that after those two deliveries I would need to contact RGB to authorise further delivery. They were were unhelpful in terms of their inability to provide any indiation of dayparts for delivery, and seemed to expect me to wait in all day for delivery. I found them unsympathetic and unhelpful, and was told that if I missed the third attempt at delivery I would have to collect from the depot! I would not use them to service my own customers, and certainly would not recommend them to business colleagues. |

Only thing about that was you said up to 10 days for delivery but it came in 2 days and we were out. Then had follow up calls from city link and e-mail from yourselves. Good service but an e-mail/call to forwarn me could have saved a wasted journey and the extra follow up. Very pleased with the set tho. |

Once the order was placed online, RGB Direct were very good at phoning to let me know the status and delivery time for my order, as well as on the day of delivery the approximate timeframe they would get it to me in.
I would have no problem recommending RGB Direct to anyone. |

Tried that and kept getting thrown out. Eventually ordered by phone, paid £20 for delivery and the tv was delivered next day. Would have preferred to save the £20! |

Telephone contact in response to a query was most courteous and helpful, as previously. Tracking system did not update this time, but I did receive a notifying phone call the day prior to delivery. The item was well packaged, so I am hopeful that the set up will all go well. However, I am confident that Customer Services would resolve the matter should any problems become evident on unpacking.
I would thoroughly recommend RGB without any reservations at all. |
