Summary

I ordered a Neff oven and hob package deal. After receiving nothing but a confirmation email after a couple of days I called them to confirm that they had received my order. I was told they had received the order and I would receive the oven and hob on 3rd October (but couldn't give a time). Both turned up as promised and I'm happy with my purchase - the package deal saved me about £60 compared to anywhere else I've tried.

VERY POOR. Ordered items over a month ago, chased three times and was assure it would be delieverd "next day". Cheap but do not use - you will regret it.

I ordered 3 items to be delivered to a different address than. With no warning on their website they delayed the order while they wrote to me via snail mail to confirm this.
I had confirmation after a week that the items were in stock and I called to check delivery and was told that delivery would be in 2-4 days. no problems with that.
I then had another email stating that one of the items was not in stock and when I called to cancel that item the staff was extremely rude and suggested that i cancelled the whole order, which I did. They obviously do not have a customer care policy in place, I would advise anyone to think carefully about using this company, as I would never use them again no matter how cheap their prices are!

I placed a large order with this company, I was told when delivery would be, but goods were delivered 2 weeks later than this date. I was not informed of any changes to delivery, I only found out after endless phone calls and waiting on hold. I have been cut off 4 times while waiting on hold, on seperate occasions. Once, I phoned on a Saturday and was told rudely by a sales person that they couldn't help me as it was a saturday. He didn't even ask what I was ringing about. When my rangemanster came some of it was rusty, so I phoned Trading Post and was told it would be sorted immediately. After 3 weeks of nothing I left a message via their website, for which I received no response. I then phoned again and was told to ring back with the serial number (why didnt they say this the first time, they clearly did not do anything at all abou the complaint). I phoned with the serial number as was told that I had to ring Rangemaster myself and sort it out. Totally useless organisation, and I think many other people have had similar experiences. They don't deserve to be in business quite frankly!

I was pleased with all on-line information received regarding my order. I received both e-mail and phone call to advise of delivery time, and my order was delivered exactly in the 1 hr time slot. The delivery was made by a very courteous and helpful young man.
