Refund PolicyYou may cancel your order at any time between the placement of the order and up to 7 working days after the day of delivery of the goods.  Should you wish to return your goods for any reason, you must contact our customer service department within 7 days of delivery to arrange collection.  This collection will be at your expense. Any money which you have paid will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.  A full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and will only be authorised after a full inspection of the goods by ourselves.  Any items returned that do not conform to these conditions will be subject to a surcharge or will be returned to you at your expense.  Your statutory rights are not affected

DeliveryWe do not charge for delivery in the Greater Manchester and Lancashire area and can offer standard connection of washing machines and dishwashers for only Ł10.00. We also offer a full gas and electric fitting service for freestanding and built-in appliances.

Deliveries to Cheshire and West Yorkshire are charged at Ł15.00. 
Deliveries to all other counties is charged at Ł30.00. 
Delivery can only be made to a mainland Great Britain address.
Generally where an order contains more that one item, all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available
You will be contacted by telephone and email to confirm your delivery date, once a delivery date has been agreed you must be present on this date to take delivery.  If for any reason you become unavailable to take delivery please contact our customer service department as soon as possible other wise we reserve the right to levy a charge to cover the cost of the failed delivery.
We will endeavour to meet any date agreed for delivery, however we will not accept liability for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expensed caused by any delay in delivery of the goods.
It is your responsibility to ensure the item(s) you have ordered will pass through all access points in your home.  Once delivery has been made to your door you will be responsible for them.  You must inspect your goods and make a note on the delivery document if there are any shortages or damages.  If you have not received all of your order or an item is damaged and have noted this on the delivery document it is then your responsibility to inform us within 7 days for shortages or 48 hours for damages, from delivery.  We will not accept responsibility for goods reported as missing or damaged if the delivery document has been signed by yourself and no note has been made.  A replacement item would normally take as long to deliver as a new order.
Delivery will only be made to the address as stated in your original order and they will not be left without a signature
Title of the product will pass to you once you have received the goods and we have received full and cleared payment.

I bought a BOSCH washer got delivery and instalation same day! they even took my old one free! superb delivery team! nothing was too much trouble for the delivery team!!!

When I visited CK Appliances the staff were very friendly and advised me on the best products to suit my needs. The salesman wasn't pushy and assisted me with expertise. The price was excellent and more than competitive. It arrived within 3 days. Overall to sum up.....superb!!

Summary
I ordered my Bosch washing machine from CK via theyre very user freindly website. After placing my order i recieved a phone call to confirm the order and arrange a delivery time. As CK are in my local area i recieved my machine within a couple of days of purchase

The machine arrived and the delivery drivers even brought it into the house for me and put it into place for.

Summary
Ordered my bosch washer, sales person called craig called after 3 hours to say order received and item was to be despatched the next day. It arrived 3 days later as advised. Cannot fault this company from start of order to delivery. Would use again & would recommend to friends.
