Simple, straightforward and without issue. Highly recommend.
After ordering a Watch on the 28th October (delivery supposed to be 2-4 working days it has finally arrived on the 19th November. Customer services were extremely poor as was the tracking system. Will not use them again.
It's difficult to summarise my experience by ticking the boxes. Basically I was very happy with every aspect of the purchase, which was an intended Birthday present for my wife. I had no problem ordering the product and the price was the best I could find. I ordered the GPS on 7 November fully expecting in this day and age that it would arrive well before the 16th. I telephoned on 14th and was told it would definitely be there on 15th. It didn't arrive until 18th. When I collected it from the Post Office, there was a "next day delivery" sticker on it, which suggested that it had been sent on 17th. To compound matters my wife had ordered an article from Next on 14th and within 24 hours it arrived the very next day. Hardly an impressive performance from Global Gizmos. Also, it's the first time I've had a Card surcharge for an online purchase.
Needed product quickly but due to delivery promotion it was late - arrived one week after placing order!
After my Husband purchased a memory map (premium) for Northern England and told me he paid £75 for it I decided to look on the Internet to see if he could have got it at a better price and sure enough your Company turned out to be the best price of all.
I thought I would buy him some map paper to print of the routes he chose for his walks so naturally I looked at your site first and again you were cheapest by a third (£15 in shops),obviously from now on you will be getting all our custom because I regarded the whole experience from purchase to delivery very efficient and highly professional.
The only comment I would like to make is that as a newcomer to GPS I was looking for a handheld device that would enable my husband to make use of his memory maps when he was walking but as an ignoramus I hadn't a clue as to what each device was capable of so I would have appreciated a brief description next to each piece of equipment.I am sure this would boost your sales even more because I for one require all the information I can get to help me chose the right device.

The main item is fine, I'm still waiting for the carry case product code 010-10718-00 paid for at the same time. If this item is not instock please refund the £12.84 and cancel the order.
I didn't like the card surcharge which was not made apparent until the order had been finalised.
Delay in delivery, lack of information concerning delivery. I sent an email it wasn't answered. I spoke to a customer services agent on the day it was delivered - very helpful and polite.
The order did not arrive within the expected time and was only sent after I emailed to point out that it had not been sent. I had tried to phone several times but on each occasion there was no one answering the phones even though it was within their stated business hours. I was concerned when I got no response to my email and no tracking number to say it had been sent. However it did arrive the next morning by Special delivery BUT the order was incomplete as one of the two items was missing. It was very disappointing.

Although the website said the item was in stock I received it only after 13 days (on 7/11).
I never received an email to say when delivery would occur and giving a Royal Mail tracking code.
The delivery address provided is an office building which was attended throughout business hours, with a front desk receptionist who receives items every day that require a signature, but all the same I was informed on calling the customer service line that the item was returned after delivery failed on 4/11. In the end I provided an address where the mail is normally received at the sorting office, and received it.
At no time did I receive any communication by email or phone regarding any delay in supplying the order or any difficulty with delivery. I was told that emails were sent out but I did not receive them.
I was very suspicious that the actual problem had more to with the financial crisis than anything else.
