Bought a washing machine on Sunday night for a Tuesday delivery which was free, great communication and a txt to say what time it would be delivered , It was delivered in the time frame given, Brilliant service.

What a fantastic service I was given when ordering from this company. Even a next day delivery with no charge.Not only that but delivery was well on time. The best I have ever had from on line ordering.

Placed an order on the 24/09/08 for delivery date on the 25/09/08, had confirmation within minutes. Received an e-mail with a 2 ½ hour delivery time slot. it was delivered on time . I’m well impressed from start to finish . We will definitely order from you again

Placed an order for a Hotpoint Fridge Freezer on the 23/08/08 & delivery date for the 29/08, had confirmation within minutes.
On the 28/08 received an e-mail with a 2 ½ hour delivery time slot
08.45 to 11.15. At 09.30 it was delivered, unpacked, & inspected.
I’m well impressed from start to finish as I think the two delivery guys were as I gave them a nice little drink.
We will definitely order from you again.

Bosch dishwasher ordered mid morning 18th August, delivered by 8.00am on 19th August - amazing.

Ordered washing machine on a Friday, delivered on Saturday morning.
Only a minor glitch with ordering on the website but a phone call not only rectified the problem but had the next day delivery cost dropped (without asking) by the very efficient Electrical 123 'operative'.
Delivery guy tried it on a little by me having to remind him that part of the deal was that they removed the packaging and take it away!
Nevertheless, if the price is competitive I would certainly use Electrical 123 again.
