Kadoo AV - Information

Reviews older than 6 months are automatically removed to reflect the retailer's current standards.
I have been trying to use this retailer to buy a TV stand they were offering at a great price (advertised at £325 + £25 Standard delivery).
I had registered with the site a couple of days previously but forgot my password. After making three requests for a new password to be sent and being told each time that an email had been issued I realised that they must have a problem with their email (I'm on hotmail and other emails had been arriving timeously during that period).
So, after 45 minutes and no password reminder, I tried to proceed and order without logging in, however when I click to proceed, the site links my email with the account I'd previously set up and says sorry but you'll have to log in....catch 22!!
I then try ordering using an alternative email address...success!!.. or so I thought!! My delivery and billing address are different. I enter the appropriate billing and delivery address details at the ordering screen and click proceed, only then to be confronted with a payment screen which requests my card details and then ...wait for it....my billing and delivery details again.
The problem with this screen (presumably part of their e-commerce system) is that it has somehow picked up my delivery address from the previous order screen and is now using it as my billing address with no ability to edit it...!!
I tried all sorts of combinations to proceed and ultimately the only way I could proceed to confirm the order was if I accepted Kadoo's site using my delivery address as the billing address...low and behold the payment was rejected.
I then gave up and reluctantly phoned the sales line to be told that because I live in Glasgow the delivery charge would actually by £85 (not £25 as stated on the site). I'm sure I don't need to elaborate on what I did/said.
I am not the kind of person to write a complaint or review so this has really aggrieved me, I cannot stress enough stay away from this poor excuse for an ecommerce site and order from reputable traders like Dixons where I ended up with no mess and no fuss!!
