Would be better if they actually proactively contacted customers to tell them if an item is out of stock, and actually called customers back when they said they would. and were more honest about their stock levels instead of having me hanging on waiting and then delaying me further for something that clearly they were not able to get a hold of to sell me

After placing order I was advised that item was unavailable and my credt card would be refunded, this only happened some three weeks later after I contacted them. I question that if I had overlooked this payment whether I would remain permanently out of pocket.

The product price was very competitive and online buying experience met my expectations. Electric Shop tried a number of times to get hold of me to arrange delivery but I was away from my desk at work. However, when I tried to ring them back, they couldn't find my order details. Eventually they left a message on my mobile to confirm the delivery date. My only disappointment was that there is no shorter time slot - its 8am to 6pm - so we had to arrange for someone to be in all day. On the day, Customer Services rang me up and said the item wasn't on the van and that it would be delivered the next day, then they rang be back 15 mins later to say it was on the van and to ignore the previous message - all a bit confusing. Anyway, the item did arrive in excellent condition and I would use Electric Shop again.

Simple, quick and easy. Only issue was with delivery as 1) they did not call in advance and 2) they arrived after 7pm (7.05pm)
