Very friendly Helpful Staff over the phone delivered on day as stated well packaged would use again ............

Worst customer service ever. Took the money from my credit card on the day I ordered. I heard nothing for 7 working days when I had to phone them. They were out of stock and witing for a delivery. Stock arrived after 10 working days but another 2-5 days before delivery. I cancelled my order!

So far this has been the best hassle free order which I have made. The delivery service was very quick. It was nice to speak to somone who knows what they are talking about on the phone before placing an order online. Keep up the great service and I will definately use again and recommend.

First thing to consider was the price, and it was extreamly competetive,a saving of £250 over the same item on the High Street.Free delivery is also a bonus on any web purchase.I missed a phone call from Digitech,my fault forgot my mobile,If I had picked up it wiuld have ment delivery in 2 days,as it was I phoned to check delivery on the Monday and received it lunch time Wednesday.Needless to say I am very pleased with my service from this company and have already recommended it to other friends.One very happy customer, Thank you Didgitech.

Service from ordering to delivery was 1st class & will use them again for future purchases.

I was notified on day of purchase when my order would be delivered. Parcel arrived promptly and in excellent condition, very happy with the service would use again due to very competitive prices.

Digitech did their job very well, only problem caused by delivery co. City Link - who managed to damage part of the consignment. However this was promptly resolved and replaced by Digitech with no hassle.

Excellent, on-time delivery service but it was a pity that the ordered carrying case was not sent with the camera - a very small omission. However, it wasn't charged for on the original invoice and is promised shortly.
